Axios Analytics uses OLS regression with HC3 robust standard errors to compute adjusted gender pay gaps within each value group. The platform supports both Blinder (1973) and Neumark (1988) decomposition specifications, IQR-based outlier detection, and quantile distributional analysis, producing fully auditable, EU Directive-compliant results.
