Axios Analytics offers headcount-based annual subscriptions for EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance.
- Starter (250–499 employees): €6,000 per year
- Growth (500–999 employees): €10,000 per year
- Scale (1,000–1,999 employees): €16,000 per year
All plans include a one-time onboarding fee of €1,500. A one-off report for companies with fewer than 250 employees is available at €4,000.
